  • Drive Retail Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers while providing excellent service and support.
  • Develop New Business: Identify, approach, and develop new customers, markets, channels, and business opportunities.
  • Manage Sales Activities: Handle enquiries, quotations, orders, follow-ups, and after-sales service to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches to identify opportunities and support sales strategies.
  • Promote Products & Brand: Plan and participate in promotional activities, roadshows, trade fairs, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Explore New Product Opportunities: Identify market needs and provide feedback on potential new products and business opportunities.
  • Improve Sales Processes: Recommend improvements based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order processing and high-quality execution.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
  • Travel as Required: Visit customers, retail outlets, business partners, exhibitions, and other locations as required.
