  【Job Summary】
  Manage and oversee customs brokerage and freight forwarding operations, ensuring efficient shipment handling, customs compliance, team performance, and high-quality customer service.
  
  【Key Responsibilities】
  ・Oversee import, export, re-export, transhipment, and customs clearance operations.
  ・Ensure accurate preparation and submission of customs declarations, permits, and supporting documents.
  ・Ensure compliance with Royal Malaysian Customs Department and other relevant authorities.
  ・Liaise with Customs, port authorities, free trade zone authorities, and other relevant parties.
  ・Monitor customs procedures, licenses, exemptions, tariff classifications, duties, taxes, and related requirements.
  ・Manage customer LMW licenses, material lists, bank guarantees, and other compliance records.
  ・Resolve customs and forwarding issues, audits, inspections, disputes, and penalties while minimizing operational risks.
  ・Lead the forwarding team by monitoring KPIs, productivity, manpower, costs, and overall service quality.
