任职资格

- Experience in Hunting Sales (new client) & Farming Sales (existing client)
- Hands-on proficiency in technical management and understanding.

Market Development & Sales LeadershipSpearhead sales strategies for strut channels, construction fasteners, and structural components across Malaysia's building and construction sectors.Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve corporate revenue targets and performance goals.Lead initiatives to penetrate industrial and commercial building markets, with a dedicated focus on capturing the rapidly growing data center infrastructure market.2. Client Relationship & Specification ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key consultants, MEP engineers, and main contractors.Engage early in project design phases to influence product specification and ensure the company's products are selected.Oversee and optimize both key accounts (direct project sales) and high-level channel partner relationships.3. Channel Development & ManagementArchitect and manage a robust, high-performing network of distributors and dealers across the region.Oversee the delivery of product training, technical support, and marketing assistance to empower channel partners and drive indirect sales volume.4.
