• 工作内容

  ■ JOB PURPOSE
  Achieving sales targets, maintaining core business, developing new customers and markets and achieving no bad debts is the basic function of this job.
  
  ■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  ・Sales and Business Development
  - To generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve overall annual sales targets for the division.
  - To develop new business from core customers / existing customers as well as new customers.
  - To be able to simulate and prepare a costing sheet of each products handling to ensure able to achieve Gross Profit.
  - To analyze Market trend and competitors’ movement, provide new business idea periodically.
  - To be able to attend customer inquiries and claim independently.
  - To be able to guide junior staff to carry out daily sales activities.
  
  ・Customer & Supplier Relationship Management
  - To manage and maintain good relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
  - To provide good hospitality to supplier/customer from overseas when they visit Malaysia.
  
  ・Operational Efficiency
  - To demonstrate consistency in job performance and time management.
  - To ensure uninterrupted operations in the absence of personnel.
  - To manage customer’s credit limit, accounts payable and ensure on-time collection.
  - To monitor and manage customers’ forecast & inventories to ensure the customer demand can be met to minimize the warehouse rental cost and prevent occurrence of over stock.
  - Resolve customer issues in timely and accurate manner.
  
  ・Risk Management
  - To manage risk by understanding all the terms and conditions stated in quotation from supplier/to customer.
