工作内容
■ POSITION PURPOSE
・Operational Execution: Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the smooth coordination between the bakery (BOH) and retail (FOH) teams.
・Performance Support: Assist in driving sales and controlling costs by supervising wastage, labor productivity, and operational expenses during assigned shifts.
・Quality Consistency: Maintain the standards of Japanese craftsmanship (Wa) by conducting regular quality checks on both products and customer service.
・Standard Enforcement: Ensure the team’s strict adherence to corporate SOPs, food safety regulations (HACCP/Halal), and brand presentation guidelines.
・Shift Leadership: Provide active leadership and coaching to staff, fostering a positive work environment and a high standard of hospitality.
■ RESPONSIBILITIES
・Business Performance & Service Delivery
Metric Monitoring: Assist the Manager in tracking daily sales and food costs; provide ground-level insights to help achieve monthly financial targets.
Production Coordination: Supervise the bakery team to ensure production follows defined schedules, recipes, and health standards to maintain consistent stock levels.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks on finished products and retail displays to ensure they meet the brand’s premium specifications throughout the day.
・Store Operations & Resource Management
Inventory Control: Assist in performing stock counts and preparing inventory orders; verify deliveries for quality and quantity against invoices.
Wastage Management: Monitor and record daily wastage; identify causes and implement immediate corrective actions to optimize stock usage.
Workflow Supervision: Oversee station workflows during shifts to ensure efficiency, particularly during peak hours, and suggest improvements to the Manager.
Facility Upkeep: Monitor the cleanliness of the storefront and kitchen; report any equipment faults (ovens, chillers, POS) to the Manager for prompt repair.
・Quality Assurance & Compliance
First-Line Service Recovery: Handle initial customer feedback or complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to the Store Manager while ensuring a "customer-first" resolution.
Hygiene Supervision: Enforce 100% compliance with Halal (if applicable), HACCP, and local safety guidelines among all staff on duty.
Audit Preparation: Perform daily spot checks on sanitation and staff grooming to ensure the store is always prepared for internal and external audits.
Safety Monitoring: Correct any unsafe behaviors or non-compliant conditions regarding food safety or personal protection immediately.
・Human Capital Supervision
Staff Coaching: Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new hires and existing staff to ensure they master the necessary skills and product knowledge.
Roster Execution: Assist in planning or adjusting manpower rosters to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods while managing labor hours.
Performance Feedback: Provide the Manager with input on staff performance for appraisals and assist in maintaining team discipline in line with HR policies.
Communication: Lead daily briefings to communicate sales goals, special promotions, and operational updates to the team.

任职资格
■ MUST REQUIREMENT
・At least 5 years of hands-on experience as service crew or any FOH (Front of House) experience in hospitality or F&B line
・At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in F&B line within retail food environment
・Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field
・Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of BOH (Bakers) and FOH (Service) staff
・Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays in accordance with mall operating hours
■ ADVANTAGES
・Candidate with experience dealing in cafe, bakery operation is highly advantageous
・Experience in Japanese baking techniques or handling artisanal bread is highly advantageous
・Certified in Food Handling (Sijil Pengendalian Makanan). Strong knowledge of HACCP, Halal requirements, and local health and safety regulations
