  1. System Deployment & Integration:
  • Lead and support the installation and configuration of Synapse® Enterprise Imaging
  systems, including PACS, VNA, and 3D modules, at customer sites.
  • Implement hardware infrastructure (servers, storage, networking) and software
  components, ensuring compatibility with HIS/RIS and other clinical systems.
  • Configure systems to meet healthcare data security, redundancy, and regulatory
  compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
  
  2. Technical Support & Maintenance:
  • Provide Tier 2/3 on-site and remote technical support during and post-deployment
  phases.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on systems to ensure optimal
  uptime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving DICOM, HL7, network, and
  system performance.
  
  3. Client Engagement & Customization:
  • Engage directly with clients to gather technical requirements and translate them
  into effective configurations and solutions.
  • Customize systems to meet clinical workflow and compliance needs based on site-
  specific requirements.
  
  4. Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, deployments, system changes,
  and support logs.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, user guides, and support manuals.
  • Support technical reporting for compliance audits, project reviews, and service-
  level agreements.
  
  5. Continuous Improvement & Learning:
  • Stay up to date on Fujifilm Synapse® technologies, DICOM/HL7 standards,
  cybersecurity best practices, and healthcare informatics trends.
  • Participate in product and technical training sessions and support internal
  knowledge-sharing.
