  • 工作内容

    1, Store & Business Operations
    - Launching new stores and driving the execution of market expansion plans.
    - Developing and improving operational frameworks for unmanned stores.
    - Ensuring thorough KPI management (e.g., number of members, sales, retention rates).
    - Managing facilities, quality control, and overseeing local vendors (HR, accounting, insurance companies, etc.).

    2, Marketing & Member Acquisition
    - Analyzing the local market and planning/executing customer acquisition strategies (both digital and offline).

    3, HQ & Regional Collaboration
    - Regular reporting to the Japan Headquarters (in Japanese).
    - Sharing information and collaborating with other overseas branches (ASEAN region).

资格

  • 任职资格

    【Must】
    - Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 above)
    *Essential for communication with the Japan Headquarters.
    - English: Business level

    【Advantage】
    - KPI & Numerical Management: Minimum of 3 years of experience.
    - Industry Experience: Background in Fitness, Retail, or Franchise (FC) business.
    - Store Management: Proven experience in hands-on store management.
    - Business Development: Experience in overseas expansion, new business development, or working in a startup environment.
