工作内容
This position provides comprehensive support across Administration, HR, and Accounting functions to ensure smooth internal operations. The role covers daily administrative tasks, onboarding support, and preparation of operational documents as part of the overall back-office function.
-Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining organized physical and digital records
-Coordinate office supplies, maintain inventory, and support overall office operations
-Arrange meetings, manage schedules, and assist in organizing company events
-Assist in the preparation of reports, letters, invoices, and HR/Accounting-related operational documents
-Support onboarding activities and prepare employee documentation while maintaining accurate HR records
-Respond to basic HR-related inquiries and perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management and colleagues

【Must】
-Minimum 1-2 years working experience in administrative/accounting work
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision
