  • Responsible for managing and executing engineering change processes across product lines
  • Ensure accurate report and documentation
  • Cross-functional coordination and timely implementation of engineering changes in accordance with company and industry standards
  • Manage end-to end ECN Process, including creation, review, approval, release, and implementation of engineering changes
  • Cross functional coordination with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other departments to assess and communicate the impact of proposed changes.
  • Ensure the engineering documentation (eg. drawings, BOM, specifications) reflects approved changes.
  • Track and report ECN metrics such as turnaround time, backlog and implementation status
