We are currently searching for an experienced trading & sales manager who can develop Soda Ash business in Malaysia by partnering with new customers and setting up stock sales business model and process. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that initiates Soda Ash business and strengthens client relationships, and to achieve trading and sales performance further together with our team members.
Objective of this role:
• Develop new customers for Soda Ash in Malaysia market
• Expand Soda Ash business in Malaysia
• Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
• Improve sales revenue and profit
• Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
• Track all business-related documents including contracts and invoices
Major Duties Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach potential clients, and initiate discussion with them through emails, calls, and scheduled meetings
• Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products or services Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
• Regular or ad-hoc basis market intelligence & report for target market and product
• Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned, the tasks that could be related to other industry sectors
资格
应征条件
• At least Bachelor's Degree and above
• Minimum of 5 years working experience with exposure to the Chemical industries, preferably in Soda Ash distribution business, and to diverse business models like import/export, local sales & marketing, and warehouse inventory management
• Excellent knowledge and experience of cross-cultured business entities and ability to manage difficult relations with external organization while securing appropriate influence among various parties concerned
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Experience and capability in understanding customer needs and identifying solutions that both sales performance and strengthen client relationship
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English with attention to details, and are able to thrive in both collaborative and independent working environments
•Sharp negotiation and networking skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities simultaneously
Preferred Experience:
• Have experienced in major Soda Ash distributors like Taiko, Brenntag, Borochemie, etc.
• Have experienced in supplying raw materials to glass manufacturers and in inventory management英文
