1. Portfolio Sales Leadership● Drive the sales growth of product lines by initiating strategic outreach efforts, with strong support from the technical and internal teams.● Strategically plan and execute go-to-market efforts for new and upcoming solutions, including but not limited to Robotics, Heat Exchange, and Cybersecurity.● Prioritize efforts across portfolios based on product maturity, business urgency, and market traction.2. Time & Focus Allocation● Establish a rotational focus model: allocate dedicated time weekly/monthly to each product portfolio (Silvent, KSM Energy, and new/emerging solutions) based on sales cycles, urgency, and maturity of the offering.● Segment client development efforts by readiness:○ Silvent: Directly lead new account acquisition and channel/distributor development.○ KSM Energy: Collaborate with the Business Development team to receive qualified leads. This role will strategize the sales approach, attack the market with leads provided, and drive the sales cycle until the client issuccessfully acquired, before handing over the account to a Key Account Executive for long-term servicing.○ New products (Robotics, Heat Exchange, Cybersecurity): Initiate market sensing, build awareness, and identify early adopters while coordinating with the product/technical team for go-to-market readiness.● Apply agile prioritization across portfolios based on market opportunities, sales activity, and resource availability to ensure consistent progress in each business stream.3. Business Development & Sales Execution● Collaborate with the Business Development personnel to obtain qualified leads and actively work on converting them into successful sales opportunities.● Build and manage the sales pipeline, driving the sales process from engagement to closure, with internal support.● For mature accounts, transition to the Inside Sales team or Key Account Executive for long-term servicing and repeat orders.● Plan and organize outreach initiatives such as webinars, roadshows, product demos,and client events to increase visibility and generate new interest in our offerings.● Work closely with technical teams to consult with clients, understand operational challenges, and package relevant technologies into tailored solutions that can be specified into their projects.4. Channel & Distributor Engagement● For product lines like Silvent, actively build and manage relationships with channel partners or sub-distributors.● Train and support channel reps, ensuring alignment with product strategy and pricing.5. Cross-Team Collaboration● Work closely with:○ Inside Sales – for handover and follow-up of recurring business.○ Technical & Engineering Team – for product knowledge, demos, and client-specific adaptations.○ Shared Services – for marketing, quotation support, CRM updates, and logistics coordination.6. Market Intelligence & Feedback● Provide timely feedback to management and product teams about market trends, client needs, and competitor activity.● Support marketing strategy with input on brochures, campaigns, or digi
