  ■ Job Description
  We are seeking a dedicated Production Engineering Executive (Member Level) to support production engineering operations at our EMS (PCBA) manufacturing facility in Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in SMT production and process improvement, who enjoys problem-solving and contributing to efficient and high-quality manufacturing. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production, stable equipment performance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
  
  ■Key Responsibilities
  - Support daily operations of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production lines
  - Assist in process design and production readiness for new product introductions
  - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance under supervision of senior engineers
  - Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities and prepare related reports
  - Support and improve line changeover and setup efficiency
  - Conduct data collection and basic analysis to identify and reduce production downtime
  - Assist in debugging and stabilizing production for new product launches
  - Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) and cost-reduction projects
  - Monitor and record equipment performance, proposing improvement ideas
  - Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently
  - Provide technical support to operators and assist in training activities when needed
  - Manage spare parts requests and maintain proper documentation
  - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve production issues and support reporting to headquarters
