工作内容

- Provide customers with accurate knowledge of product features, performance, pricing, etc. and provide them with appropriate information.- Responsible for communicating with the customer, answering questions about products, listening to the customer's needs and requests, and proposing the most appropriate products.- Demonstrate the operation and usage of the products to show customers the appeal of the products.- Conducts product promotions and sales promotions to encourage customers to purchase products.- Ensures that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked in the store and that merchandise is never out of stock.Cashiering: Performs cashiering duties.- Assists in the smooth processing of sales by checking out merchandise and processing cash register transactions.- Provides information and assistance regarding after-sales service and warranties after purchases.- Responds promptly and appropriately to product-related problems and complaints in an effort to improve customer satisfaction.- Stay abreast of new product information and trends to keep customers up-to-date.
