  • 工作内容

    1. Process Optimization & Improvement
    - Analyze existing roller chain production processes (stamping, heat treatment, assembly, etc.)
    - Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain quality.
    - Conduct time and motion studies, cycle time analysis, and cost reduction initiatives.

    2. New Process Development
    - Develop and validate new manufacturing processes or upgrades.
    - Support new product introduction (NPI) by designing scalable and efficient production methods.

    3. Tooling and Equipment Management
    - Specify, evaluate, and commission jigs, fixtures, dies, and automated equipment.
    - Troubleshoot machinery/process issues and work with maintenance to ensure uptime.

    4. Quality and Compliance
    - Work closely with QA/QC to ensure processes meet ISO/IATF 16949, and customer-specific standards.
    - Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.

    5. Documentation and Standardization
    - Prepare and update work instructions, SOPs, PFMEA, process flow charts, and control plans.
    - Maintain accurate documentation for audits and production traceability.

    6. Cross-functional Support
    - Collaborate with Design, Maintenance, and Production teams for continuous improvements.
    - Train operators and technicians on new processes or improvements.

资格

  • 应征条件

    1. Technical Skills
    - Engineering Principles : Understanding of fundamental Engineering principles.
    - Software Proficiency : At least understand of autoCAD.
    - Data Analysis : Ability to collect and analysis to support Engineering projects.

    2. Project Assistance
    - Documentation : Ability to prepare and review project Documentation, including technical reports, specifications, and drawings.
    - Testing project: Knowledge of how to assist in the development and workflow..
    - Task Management : Ability to manage multiple tasks..

    3. Problem-Solving Skills
    - Troubleshooting : Basic ability to identify issues and propose solutions, whether related to design flaws, material issues, or project execution.

    - CNC Machine Operation : CNC auto lathe know how to operate.
    - Programmimg : Understand basic CNC programming.
    - Tool Setup : Understand how to set up cutting tools.

    5. Measurement and Quality control
    - Precision Measuring Tools : Ability to use tools like calipers, micrometer and gauges to measure component.
    - Quality Inspection : Knowledge of inspection techniques to ensure parts meet specifications.
    - Troubleshooting : Basic skill to troubleshoot machine issues or part defects.

    6. Safety awareness
    - Safety procedures : Understanding and following safety protocols specific to machining environments (e.g., handling sharp tools, wearing protective gear).
