  • 工作内容

    1. Provide timely feedback on overall market trend, competition and new business opportunities.
    2. Customer relationship management and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Manage customer expectations and resolve issues effectively.
    3. Prepare tenders/project quotation for submission to potential customers.
    4. Project Management and oversee end-to-end project execution from pre-sales to installation and commissioning. Monitor and ensures timely payments for all projects.
    5. Constantly align with internal team to identify cross-selling opportunities.
    6. Participate in marketing activities such as exhibition & seminar and staying updated on industry trends.
    7. Perform costing, sourcing and proposal for 3rd party products.
    8. Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools.
    9. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales target.
    10. Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews and development plans. Identify plan to address performance gaps or underperforming subordinate.
    11. Support internal training and knowledge sharing.
    12. Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

资格

  • 应征条件

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Over 8 years of BtoB sales experience dealing with selling machine to medical or pharmaceutical industry.
    ・Over 1 year of experience in leading a small sales team
    ・Knowledge of medical industry standards eg. ISO 13485, FDA regulation, GMP and etc.
    ・Applicant must be willing to work in in Kota Damansara and possess own transport.
    ・Willing to travel outstation and overseas frequently.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Degree/Diploma in E&E/Mechanical/Food/Chemical Engineering or Sales & Marketing discipline
    ・Familiar with automation, robotics and cleanroom requirements.
    ・Proficient in MS Office Applications.
    ・Knowledge in CRM/SAP/ERP system is added advantage.
    ・Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
    ・Proficiency in German language is an added advantage

    ・Basic Salary = RM 3,500 ~ RM 4,500
    ・Transport Allowance = RM 500 ~ RM 1,000 (fixed)
    ・Business travel expenses claimable based on receipt
    ・AL: 14 days, increase after 3 years
    ・MC: <2Y 14d, 2~5Y 18d, >5Y 22d
    ・Flexi Claim: RM 2,500 / y (covering outpatient expenses, dental, optical, medical checkup, with immediate family coverage)
