  【Job Summary】
  - Assist Marketing Teams in all marketing activities (Planning &; Execution) within the marketing department.
  - Brainstorm the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  - Monitor competitor activities and overall marketing materials – print, media ads, website and social media.
  - Provide support for marketing-related activities in other departments as needed.
  - Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Operations to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  - Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies and initiatives effectively.
  - Participate in Sales & Marketing Meeting with Sales Team
  
  【Other Job Responsibilities】
  - Execute marketing campaigns and brand plans to establish and increase brand presence in the market such as media activities, branding events including road shows and product launches in line with company and HQ objectives.
  - Responsible in developing promotional materials, including company brochure, flyer, menu booklet, product packaging, and other sales aids.
  - Handling all customer service concerns on a daily operation basis via in-bound calls or social media pertaining to general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to company information and products and to share with related PIC.
  - Managing company's official Facebook page, lnstagram account, any other SNS platform and homepage; learn to analyze digital campaigns with overall marketing strategies,
  communications, plans and objective.
  - To oversee projects and events from conceptualization till execution and preparing post­ event reports.
  - Monitor market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research/competitive analysis and work closely with R&D in new product development.
  - Collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales support materials such as presentations, product sheets, and sales scripts to enhance selling effectiveness.
  - Assist in the coordination and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company products and services.
  - Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing databases, including customer profiles, leads, and mailing lists, to support targeted marketing efforts.
  - Provide regular reports and updates to management on marketing activities, results, and upcoming initiatives.
  - Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance marketing skills and knowledge.
  - Required to work overtime or weekends (in Central, outstation or oversea) when necessary for ongoing marketing activities.
  - Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials and services.
  - Act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally, promoting the company values, mission, and culture in all interactions and communications.
