    【Job description】
    1. To plan and organize production activities to achieve optimum efficiency and output.
    2. Production line support, work closely with the supervisors and production as to learn and train on trouble shooting
    3. To monitor stability of production by analyzing process flow, process parameter and equipment issue.
    4. To lead and train production team in applying new instruction and critical procedure.

资格

  • 任职资格

    Education Background: At least degree in engineering or chemical field

    Experience: Min 3 years of Engineering Chemical or Electrical or Mechanical or any equivalent in manufacturing industry with N1/ N2/ N3 JLPT level

    Required skills:
    1. At least N3 Japanese Skill
    2. Microsoft Office
    3. Extensive practical experience.
    4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    5. Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
    6. Excellent motivational skills and multitasking abilities.
