  • 工作内容

    To drive offline sales of the company’s health supplement finished products by building strong relationships with pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies, ensuring consistent product availability, visibility, and sell-through.

    • To achieve sales targets by promoting and selling health supplement products to assigned accounts within the pharmacy channel (both chain and independent pharmacies).
    • To manage and grow existing pharmacy accounts and identify opportunities to open new accounts.
    • To plan and execute in-store sales activities, promotions, and product education to support sales growth and product awareness.
    • To ensure product visibility and proper merchandising in pharmacies, complying with brand standards and guidelines.
    • To monitor stock levels and coordinate with distributors or the internal team to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stockouts.
    • To conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships with pharmacists, gather market feedback, and monitor competitor activities.
    • To provide product training and updates to pharmacy staff to improve product recommendation and sell-through.
    • To prepare and submit sales reports, visit records, and market intelligence in a timely and accurate manner.
    • To follow up on payments and credit terms, working closely with finance when needed.
    • To represent the company at trade shows, health talks, or relevant events, if required.

资格

  • 应征条件

    <Requirements>
    • Possess Degree in Food Technology, Food Science & Nutrition, or any other related discipline.
    • Knowledge in health supplements with good track record of achieving sales target.
    • Min. 1 year of sales experience in relevant industry

    <Advantageous>
    • Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Able to travel within assigned territory; must possess own transport..
    • Must be able to work under tight deadlines.
