    As a specialist in real estate acquisition and legal coordination for logistics and cold storage facilities, you engage in site sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations for industrial land. Also manage JV schemes, direct acquisitions, and long-term lease agreements, while handling legal documentation and coordination with developers, landowners, lawyers, and local authorities.

    Real Estate Acquisition (Logistics & Cold Storage Facilities):
    -Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating acquisitions of logistics/industrial land
    -Planning and promoting JV structures, direct acquisitions, and long-term lease agreements
    -Coordinating and negotiating with developers and local landowners

    Legal and Contract Negotiations:
    -Reviewing, drafting, and revising contracts including JV agreements, SPAs (land purchase agreements), and lease contracts
    -Liaising with lawyers, local authorities, and land offices for legal procedures and compliance
    -Managing schedules and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

资格

  • 应征条件

    [Must]
    -Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the real estate investment and development industry
    -Proven track record in land acquisition, due diligence, and contract negotiation in logistics and industrial sectors
    -Practical experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating JV agreements, land sale and purchase agreements, and lease agreements in English
    -Financial and investment analysis skills, including:
    　∟ Experience in investment return analysis, preparation of materials for investment committees, and financial modeling using Excel
