    As a Sales Executive specializing in SMT equipment and related peripherals,
    you will play a key role in driving customer success by offering technical solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency. Your mission will be to bridge technical expertise and sales strategy, supporting clients in optimizing their production environments.

    Key Responsibilities:
    -Identify and approach potential clients in the electronics manufacturing sector to promote SMT equipment and solutions.
    -Provide consultative sales support by analyzing customer production needs and proposing suitable SMT systems and peripheral devices.
    -Coordinate with internal engineering and support teams to ensure accurate technical proposals and smooth after-sales support.
    -Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and follow up on equipment performance and future needs.
    -Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead in the SMT industry.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in any Fields
    - Min 2 years working experience in electronics/semiconductor field with SMT equipment and production processes　 knowledge
    - Having B to B sales of same or similar industry.

    【Advantage】
    - A person with hands-on experience operating Panasonic SMT machines and those from competing manufacturers.

  • 福利制度

    Annual Leave 12 days, after 2 years 14 days, after 5 years 18 days (max 18 days)

    Sat, Sun, PH – OT will pay or replacement OT calculation will be basic salary/26 days/8 hours, capped at RM40/hour flat rate

    Bonus[1month-2month]

    Medical benefit
    Insurance - Self only (can add dependent with salary deduction)
    Outpatient - RM 3000 (Can be used for staff and direct dependent, in the case married, wife and children covered. For single, parents covered) From the 3000, limit of 1000 (Employee ONLY) can be used for optometry and dental)
    Capped at once every 3 years, company will cover childbirth up to RM 5,000, for employee or wife.
