取り扱い品目は各種産業の自動化設備、省エネ設備、太陽光設備、食品・化学機械(反応器、熱交換器、タンク、充填機、包装機、洗浄機、乾燥機)、ボイラー、コンプレッサー、ブロワー、ポンプ、排水処理設備、地下水活用システム、受変電設備など、工場にある設備関連の機械を主に扱っております。
この度、マレーシア拠点でのビジネス拡大に際し、新しくセールスエグゼクティブ(Sales Executive)として共にビジネスを盛り上げていくことのできる人材を募集いたします。
【主な業務内容】
・既存クライアント様のフォローアップ(8~10社程度)
・新規顧客の開拓(年間3~4社程度の開拓が目標)
・入社~1年間程度の期間は、先輩営業メンバーの見積書、各種提案資料作成サポートなど、アシスタントとしての役割及びOJTの実施
・電話や訪問などによるアプローチ、ヒアリング、問い合わせ対応
・提案書や見積書の作成
・営業プレゼン
・引合入手
・契約交渉~手続き~納入
・受注案件の進捗管理や、関連部署へのフォローアップ
・国内出張(ペナン・ジョホールなど)が週に1度発生する可能性あり
・国外出張(東南アジア)が半期に1度発生する可能性あり
※クライアント担当者はローカルスタッフの場合もございますので、英語で業務を実施していただく必要がございます

<募集要件>
・四年制大学卒かつ社会人経験 3年以上の方
(短大卒・専門卒の方は社会人経験5~7年以上の方、高卒の方は社会人経験7~10年以上の方)
・機械関連の知識やバックグラウンドがある方(設備機械、工作機械など)
・準ビジネスの英語力
~既存顧客(ローカル)とのコンタクトで必要
~社内のローカルスタッフとのコミュニケーションに必要
・マレーシアでの自動車運転が可能な方
