- Monitor daily / weekly / monthly delivery requirements from the customers
- Liaise with the customers to identify their needs and orders on monthly basis
- To monitor the stock inventory to ensure sufficient stock on hands
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on prices, delivery schedule, etc.
- Prepare and work out the quotation based on the standard scheme
- Maintain good business relationship with customers
- Resolve quality issues together with the quality control team
- Support ad hoc request from customers and superiors as and when required
