  The scope of work:
  Operate and maintain boilers, air compressor, bag filter & gas related equipment, ensuring uninterrupted production and optimal efficiency. Monitor machine performance, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues promptly. Compliance with safety regulations and meticulous record-keeping are crucial aspects of this role. Strong focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  
  Job Responsibilities
  1. Operating and maintaining boilers, air compressor, bag filter & gas related equipment used in the manufacturing process to ensure continuous and efficient production
  2. Monitoring boilers, air compressor, bag filter, chimney, clean room & gas related equipment performance and parameters regularly, making adjustments to achieve optimal efficiency.
  3. Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent downtime and equipment failures.
  4. Troubleshooting boiler, air compressor, bag filter & gas related equipment malfunctions and performing necessary repairs promptly to minimize production disruptions.
  5. Adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.56Managing boiler water treatment to prevent scale buildup. corrosion, and contamination.
  6. Recording and maintaining accurate loas of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents for regulatory compliance and future reference.
  7. Collaborating with other team members and departments to coordinate boiler, air compressor, bag filter & gas related equipment maintenance schedules and production requirements.
  8. Responding quickly to emergency situations such as leaks or pressure issues to mitigate potential hazards and prevent accidents.
  9. Proactively seeking opportunities to improve boiler, air compressor, bag filter & gas related equipment operations, reduce energy consumption, and optimize manufacturing processes.
  10. Any other task that had been assigned by superior from time to time.
