Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions, including general ledger, fixed assets, and monthly closing, while guiding junior team members and liaising with external stakeholders.●Core Accounting: Ensure accuracy and timeliness in GL entries, fixed assets, AP, and monthly closing activities.●Asset Management: Handle asset numbering, transfers, and disposals.●Planning: Assist in monitoring and preparing budgeting and forecasting activities.●Cash Flow: Perform company cash flow management.●Inventory: Update and prepare monthly inventory data based on department inputs.●Liaison: Coordinate with internal/external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government agencies.●Compliance: Maintain proper documentation, prepare statutory/quarterly reports, and stay updated on financial regulations.●Leadership: Handle and guide junior team members on AP, AR, and general accounting tasks.

-Factory Operator Duties1.Machine Operation: Operating manufacturing line machinery and equipment, and adjusting settings.2.Monitoring and Inspection: Checking that machines are functioning normally and identifying any abnormalities during production.3.Quality Check: Verifying that manufactured products meet the required standards.4.Troubleshooting: Resolving minor faults or production issues on-site, or reporting them to technicians.5.Management of Factory Workers*You will be communicating with Japanese staff internally. The ability to speak and converse in Japanese is sufficient for this role, even if you do not possess reading and writing skills.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Location: Penang (Kulim)
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and Kedah State Public Holidays (approx. 20 days per year).
Weekend Work/Overtime: Weekend work is generally not required. Time-off-in-lieu will be granted if working on a rest day is necessary.
Annual Raise Rate: Company average of 5% (rate varies based on individual performance).

SL: Less than 2 years of service: 14 days

【Main Job Responsibilities】• Work with project team and involved in procurement, construction, commissioning etc.• Manage project execution at site for Mechanical or Electrical distribution system, HVAC, cleanroom, process utility system etc.• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved specifications, procedures and requirements.• Liaise with client, consultant, sub-contractor, and relevant authorities to resolve technical issues.• Coordinate with sub-contractors for site survey, space management, site activities.• Perform interim progress claims, monitor progress payments and determine variation orders.• Attend SMBWA, toolbox meeting and design review meeting if required.• Update As-Built drawing and prepare handover documents.• Prepare Request for Information (RFI) on changes of specification.• Prepare technical presentation to clients.
