工作内容
・Propose IT solution (PCs, hardware, software license, web solutions, system integration ...) to clients
・Create proposal, estimate quotation based on clients need
・Test and commissioning of new software / solutions in client site
・Approcah potential clients (outbound sales) and response to new inquiry in email and phone (inbound sales)
・Process invoice and timely collection
・Collect survey result to understand market better
・Perform technical support (Level 1 and Level 2 support)
・ Provide remote support (and occasional onsite support) and troubleshooting for project delivery, post-delivery support as well as ongoing support for clients subscribed to maintenance plans
※Possible career advancement to Japan HQ (after reaching Senior engineer and acquisiton of Japanese proficiency)
资格
应征条件
- Academic Background: Degree in IT / Computer Science or any IT related study
- Language: Japanese N1, N2 and above
- Experience:
> Has at least 1 year experience in Sales related to IT solution (PCs, hardware, software licens, web solutions, system integration ...)
> Expected to assume the role of team lead or managerial position after 1 year (depending on performance)英文
