工作内容
1. Prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing and new customers especially in BFSI industry.
2. Provide consulting and partnering with clients to develop high performance solutions based on company’s best practice.
3. Develops effective account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. Develop relationships in new and existing customers and leverage to drive strategy through organization.
4. Manage customer relationship. Establishes strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to our value. Builds a foundation on which to harvest future business opportunities.
5. Understand customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape.
6. Review public information for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the prospect.
7. Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
8. Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan to address customer and prospects priorities and pain points.
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience:
> Sales experience of 10-15 years
> At least 3 to 5 years of BFSI industry/consulting experience
- Skills:
> Deep domain knowledge in the following area
o Retail Banking
o Corporate Banking
o Insurance
> Has experience in banking and digital technology architecture, especially in the area of Cloud Migration, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation.
> Has experience with project implementations e.g. digital transformations and technology implementations.
> Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner.
> Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.英文
