< Job Summary >• The HR officer is responsible for the recruitment activities and facilitating staff movement.• This role ensures seamless coordination of employee assignments, reassignments and administrative tasks related to inter-company deployments, while maintaining compliance with company policies and cross-region employment requirements.< Key Accountabilities >Recruitment Support ➢ Execute the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups and documents compilation. ➢ Coordinate closely with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, align interview panels, and support decision-making. ➢ Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding packages for selected candidates. ➢ Initiate the engagement and signing Terms of Business (TOBs) with new recruitment agencies and job posting platforms, ensuring alignment with internal compliance and procurement policies. ➢ Explore in utilizing a variety of candidate search tools and platforms to proactively source and engage a wider, more diverse candidate pool.Onboarding and Offboarding ➢ Coordinate onboarding logistics including orientation schedules, documents collection and IT systems access request. ➢ Support smooth offboarding process including manage clearance procedures, final settlements, exit documentation and system deactivation. ➢ Maintain accurate and updated employee records throughout onboarding and offboarding.Recharge Coordination ➢ Track and manage staff recharge requests between Epson Singapore and Epson Malaysia. ➢ Prepare necessary documentation for recharge cases and maintain detailed records and reports. ➢ Coordinate with finance/payroll teams on cost allocation and billing for recharged employees. ➢ Act as the point of contact for employees on assignment between entities, addressing basic queries and support needs. ➢ Monitor timelines and follow up proactively to ensure recharges are processed without delays. ➢ Facilitate communication between entities to ensure clarity on recharge policies and procedures.• Others ➢ Manage the Employee Spot Awards requests from Regional HQ. ➢ Support direct manager in handling employee-related matters. ➢ Ensure all HR policies and procedure are adhered and aligned with Regional HR policies and procedure. ➢ Support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR team to enhance processes and employee experience. ➢ Perform other HR administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
