  • Job Description

    - Source for new client requires for hiring services.
    - Building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.
    - Provide advice to clients on salary levels, training requirements, etc.
    - Find the clients in diverse ways such as, internet, newspaper, introduction and so on.
    - Cooperate with Career Advisers closely in various ways to endorse eligible candidates and get placement.
    - Report the placement and cancellation.
    - Set the appointment to promote our service.

  • Requirement

    - Candidate must possess at least  Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, any field.
    - Candidate with Japanese speaking skill will be an advantage.
    - On the job training will be provided.
    - More than 2 years of sales experience. Experience in recruitment related expertise will be strong advantage.
