Job Description
- To achieve individual sales target.
- Act as a middle man between candidate and client to facilitate the hiring process.
- Screening, selecting and conducting interview with suitable candidates.
- Provides job vacancies information, advice and guidance to help candidates make realistic choices based on their education background, skills and working experiences.
- Helps identify options for suitable careers, build CVs, Identify skills gaps.
- Advise on suitable job vacancies and help with proceed to application, and follow up with clients regarding to the application status.Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of sales experience. Experience in recruitment related expertise will be strong advantage.
- On the job training will be provided.
