【Job Responsibilities】- Responsible for overseeing daily operation and sales department.- Leading sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quota and goes, product knowledge creating sales plan, analyzing data and assigning sales territories and building sales team. - Hiring and training sales staffs, relaying information from management to department sales about sales quota and planning.- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure there is sufficient stock of item they are likely to sell quickly.
