As a Store Manager, you will lead store operations to drive sales performance, optimize merchandising and store layout, and ensure achievement of key KPIs.You will also manage and develop the store team while identifying operational issues, implementing improvements, and working closely with the Area Manager to execute store strategies.※Work location will be decided after the interview and post-offer discussion, taking the candidate’s preferences into consideration.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Store Performance-Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets-Improve store performance through layout, merchandising, and stock control-Monitor KPIs such as sales, productivity, and stock movement2. Store Operations- Execute and improve daily store operations- Optimize sales floor layout to maximize customer flow and conversion- Ensure fast stock turnover and strong product presentation3. Team Management- Lead, train, and develop store staff- Build a stable team with clear roles and accountability- Reduce staff turnover and improve team performance4. Execution & Problem Solving- Identify issues in store performance and take action- Implement improvements and track results- Work closely with Area Manager on store strategy

- Working hours
1 week 5 days work (offday depend on Store Manager planning)
* Managers cannot fixed offday on weekend because we are retail, not Office style)
A shift: 9:30am to 6:30pm
B shift: 9:30am to 10:30pm (2hours break)
C shift: 1:30pm to 10:30pm
*However, our manager takes turn to be Shift Manager every day.
*If this candidate is Shift Manager on the day, his/her working shift is 9:00am to 6:00am because he/she has to open door for staff and cashier & man power preparation.(1 week averagely 2 day)
*B shift only for necessary/emergency purpose only.
