We are now looking for a Building Management and Sales Promotion Manager to join our team!<Main Responsibilities>- Management of staff stationed at management offices located in condominiums, etc. (2 to 7 staff are stationed at each site)- Attend management association board meetings- Responding to various requests and requests from tenants- Building repair and maintenance management operations- Promoting sales to win orders for new building management sites- Assist in other organizational operations.- Communicating with head office in Japan (reporting, etc.)
