The IP Logic Design Principle Engineer will be responsible for architecting microarchitecture design implementation of an IP, spanning across all IP stack such as application layer, transaction layer, link layer, die to die layer, physical layer. Ability to code verilog / system verilog RTL for complex IP, review RTL coding, orchestra IP development phase for projects from beginning to completion. This includes the ability to technically drive the IP team on Design / Validation in completing technical tasks up to IP releases for customers. Candidate must be also capable of solving high speed timing convergence on various processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project specifications. The role will drive performance optimization and ensuring design functionality through verification and validation processes.Key Responsibilities:1. IP Microarchitecture Definitions• Define microarchitecture definition across layers and define a clean inter unit partition requirements.• Drive design team to deliver best-in-class IP design that optimizes for area, latency, power and performance.• Ability to distribute and drive the design team to implement high quality design and meeting time to market requirements.2. IP Design Responsibility• Implement very complicated high-speed design which can converge timing convergence at high frequency.• Capable of orchestrating the team on right directions of timing convergence, CDC, lintra and etc. for tools closure.3. IP Quality Responsibility• Review IP design and validation testplan to make sure IP Design is at top notch quality.4. IP Releases• Deep knowledge on Lint and CDC flow and ability to drive the Lint and CDC convergence.

【Job Summary】As T&E Compliance Analyst for our Implementation project, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for employee expense claim auditing and compliance handling. As part of your responsibilities, you actively contribute to the project team led by Business Process Management (BPM), you drive the assessment, documentation, training and knowledge sharing for a successful business service transition to Roche Services and Solutions (RSS).【Job Responsibilities】- Actively contributing to the Chugai OneT&E implementation project, as Subject Matter Expert (SME).- Responsible for assessing compliance of employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner, against the Company’s Policies, Procedures and External regulatory requirements.- Clearly documents all compliance assessment (i.e assessment results) activities in concur during claim processing.- Escalates issues and recommend resolution plans in a timely manner to the RSS Line Manager and Affiliate (where required).- Support the preparation of reports and training material on a periodic basis to address updates to the compliance monitoring process (e.g. review manuals, return reason coding etc).- In collaboration with Reporting Line Manager make appropriate recommendation to Global Lead, T&E Compliance for process improvement and be part of the solution provision activities.- Participate in the transition project by performing user testing activities and developing the T&E Compliance checklist in accordance with relevant policies, regulatory requirements, and procedures.- Maintain active communication with the local Japan affiliate during and after the transition project to ensure the achievement of the project’s objectives.

【Job Responsibilities】- Co-ordinate with SSC KL Finance teams (AP, GAMA, AR, TR, T&E, Compliance and Procurement) and execute month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts in compliance with month-end close checklist.- Perform analytical review of profit and loss accounts and balance sheet, accountable for the financial accuracy of the affiliate’s Financials. - Responsible of all Internal Controls of Financial Reporting (ICFR) documentation and internal controls matters, act as owner for the ICFR tools (INVOLVE and BWISE)Review monthly balance sheet reconciliation :- Follow up on open items and rectify any anomalies encountered. - Submission other reporting packages accurately and within specified timeline i.e. Sustainability, Insurance reporting. Responsible of IFRS 16 Leasing related matters i.e SimSol /Planon. - Review and provide approval for all manual journal entries for posting by SSC KL team. Responsible for all management accounting aspects i.e. Period cost allocation, COPA allocation, SSC allocation, etc.Accounts Receivables / Accounts Payables : - Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Receivables – review and approve manual billings, review debtors ageing and determine follow up actions, ensure all sales related activities are reported timely and accurate. - Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payables – review and provide approval of AP related activities i.e. vendor invoices, payment, etc.Treasury : - Cash flow management - forecast current and future cash flow requirement and arrangement for necessary fund transfers (if required). - Responsible for all treasury matters i.e. FX deal, credit facilities, payment request, banking matters.Master Data : - Managing of master data - Chart of Accounts, Cost Center, Profit Center. WBS, vendor & customer master data, UCI, etc. Others activities which include : Preparation of statutory taxes calculations and reconciliation, including tax reporting and liaising with Tax Consultant. Preparation of audit related schedules and documentation, including liaising with the Auditor. - Participate in any compliance audits and responding to audit queries. Identify, recommend and implement solutions in consultation with the management for continuous improvement opportunities in the areas of operation. - Being the main contact person for SSC KL Finance teams for issue resolution for all financial matters. - Being the main contact person for FM in the affiliates for all financial matters, requests and advisory.
