【Responsibilities】- Conduct comprehensive research and formulate detailed analyses to support product planning and strategic initiatives, covering areas such as market research, customer satisfaction, segment opportunities, pricing strategies, feature/content development, competitive landscape assessment, emerging technologies, economic factors, production capabilities, and other essential aspects for both short-term and long-term planning purposes.- Develop and refine product concepts and associated documentation, guiding the product lifecycle from initial introduction to official model launch. This involves crafting strategies encompassing overall product direction, feature/content development, segment analysis, competitive product evaluation, and pricing assessment.- Offer product management assistance for designated product categories, including the identification and implementation of new features, steering product direction in alignment with market demands, and enhancing customer satisfaction levels.- Deliver product recommendations grounded in thorough needs analysis, examination of customer/market trends, and insights gleaned from market research forecasts.- Generate comprehensive documentation and reports outlining the specifications of assigned models, while also coordinating with relevant governmental bodies such as JPJ, DOE, SIRIM, and PUSPAKOM on all matters related to the designated vehicles.- Conduct thorough reviews of both internal and external communication materials to ensure accuracy regarding product details and adherence to regulatory compliance standards.- Collect the local regulations and policy documents, conduct market analysis, competitor analysis to develop product planning and strategy, collaborate with marketing team to develop launching strategy.- Conduct all the VTA and homologation process, and the custom clearance and logistics.- Collaborate with the training team to develop the product training materials.

【Responsibilities】- Possess in-depth knowledge of all aftersales processes, including workshop operations, parts sales, warranty services, and general service activities.- Responsible for overall management of service operations and administration in accordance with policies and procedures set out by the company, distributors, dealers and the relevant authorities.- Ensure the Distributors / Dealers Centre operations is efficient and cost-effective.- Analyze market potential and identify market trends to make informed business decisions.- Apply management and strategic tools and methods, such as market analysis, SWOT analysis, budget planning, resource allocation, and goal setting.- Prepare and manage the annual operating budget for the aftersales department and the annual aftersales budget for the company.- Establish department objectives aligned with company KPIs.- Ensure timely submission of all aftersales reports to the company.- Develop strategies for expansion and process enhancements to drive service excellence and profitability.- Be open to fulfilling additional duties as requested by management or the company.
