Job Description
1. Customer quality management / Manage customers queries and complaints.2. Manage RMA and coordinate sample submission to customer / Lead 8D discussion meeting and CA effectiveness follow-up.3. In Process Quality control, NCA follow up to prevent re-occurence / Process Audit.4. Incoming parts quality control / Supplier Quality Management / MRB control / To support ad-hoc activities requested by superior /Non conformance / MRB Control.5. Responsible for FAI Report Qualification for any new supplier / new tooling / tooling change or transfer.6. Work with Operations & Engineering team for Continuous Improvement.7.Work together with supplier for any NPI parts improvements change in the drawing /correlation on the measurement method and other issue related to NPI raw parts.
