Customer Communication & Technical Support- Handle inquiries and provide guidance on proper use and basic maintenance- Deliver friendly and knowledgeable support before, during, and after visits4.Documentation & Reporting- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and customer feedback- Submit reports as needed to track service trends and issues5.Team Leadership & Field Coordination (Leader role only)- Supervise junior technicians, provide field coaching, and ensure SOP compliance- Plan efficient service routes and ensure high service quality across all assignments
