1. Translate and prepare comprehensive claim reports from Japanese to English and vice versa accurately2. Assist in handling technical amendments and revisions in documentation, manuals, and other technical materials3. Translate technical content from Japanese to English and ensure clarity and accuracy in the translated materials4. Translate and make external announcements to Japanese customers on Technical, Quality and Sales related issues5. Compose, translate, and respond to emails in Japanese, maintaining professional and clear communication6. Deal with Japanese Suppliers - serve as a liaison between the organization and Japanese suppliers7. Communicate and negotiate with Japanese suppliers to ensure smooth transactions and resolve any issues8. Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English for internal coordination, including collaborating with team members and participating in meetings9. To carry out any other duties as and when directed by Managing Director or superior.
