With the planned strategy, he / she should be able to allocate the right resources for the execution of the 4P strategy. • Create guidelines for the sub brand and to champion & drive the 4P strategy. • Communicate and drive the sub brand strategies and objectives with Key Account team in order to ensure the same understanding across different departments. • Basing on the overall sub brand strategy, “slice” down all the processes which are involved and to attach a specific goal / target to each of the process. • Track and monitor the progress of the strategy.
