Technical Support & Maintenance:• Provide Tier 2/3 on-site and remote technical support during and post-deployment phases.• Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on systems to ensure optimal uptime.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving DICOM, HL7, network, and system performance.3.
