~企業情報~当社は自動車のエンブレムや車内のパーツ、家電のプラスチック部品の製造・販売を行う日系企業です。お客様は日系に限らずヨーロッパやアメリカまで幅広く経済状況による影響を受けにくいため、安定したビジネスを好まれる方にぴったりです。今回は現メンバーの退職に伴う欠員が背景にて、QA(品質管理)部門のトップでを担っていただくマネジャーを募集します。メインの製品は自動車内臓の音響パネルやそれに関連するプラスチック部品となります。お客様先に納品された製品の品質問題の解決や、それらの問題の防止に努めていただきます。具体的には・・・- 現場スタッフ約15名のマネジメントと生産ラインのGMへの報告- 品質問題の解決や原因調査、事前防止- 検査ラインの構築、検査基準の選定、社内不良低減活動- 不良削減を目的とした会議などの活動の主催フォローと報告- 作業指示票(work instruction)に関するチェック、改善、スタッフへの指示出し- 高クオリティ、効率化を意識したチームワーク- 問題発生時の顧客対応- 生産ラインの実績・成果報告- オペレーションラインへの改善要求・トレーニング実施- 年に数回、顧客の工場監査のためのガイダンスおよび技術についての紹介- GMのサポート業務★本ポジションの魅力★- 浮き沈みの少ない自動車産業なので安定志向の方に最適- 日系企業のみならず欧米系の企業とのやり取りも盛んにあり、まだまだ伸びしろのある業界です- スタッフのマネジメントは基本的に英語となるため、英語力UPしたい方にピッタリです。- 会社の場所は工業地帯のKlangエリアになります。KL中心部からは車で1時間弱と少し離れていますが、 都会の喧騒を離れて静かな環境を好まれる方におすすめです。居住地はSubang当たりにお住まいの方が多いです。~カルチャー~オフィススタッフは全員オープンエリアで働いており、風通しの良い社風です。
