- Day to day desk top support and helpdesk function.
- Maintain IT environment in the office, liaise with system vendor which provides IT infrastructure.
- Communicate with staff to identify system issues, assessment of those issues, and provide the solution/improvement proposal to the Management.
- Plan and monitor the system project progress and liaise with IT dept in HQ regularly.
- Provide the periodical status report to the Management.
- Create Macro or RPA to improve the process (This is optional based on the skillsets of the candidate)

- Annual Leave 14days
14 days in the first year, and will increase up to 21 days based on the years of service. Sick leaves, birthday leaves, etc.
