Acquire New Contracts- Assist the team in managing leads and following up with potential franchisees.- Participate in interviews and business orientations alongside senior staff.- Support the coordination of candidate steps from initial inquiry through signing the franchise contract.- Assist with location surveys and preparation leading up to new center openings.2. Support Franchise Opportunity Marketing- Help plan and carry out marketing activities to promote the Eye Level franchise opportunity.- Work with the team and HQ office in Korea to help create promotional and marketing materials.- Assist in organizing events and marketing campaigns targeting potential franchisees.3. Assist in New Center Support- Provide support to the operations team in helping new franchisees with renovation, training, and opening activities.- Learn to give operational and marketing advice under supervision.- Build positive working relationships with new franchisees, guided by senior team members.
