Job Description
1. Acquire new contracts
- Plan & implement strategies to generate leads for the development of Eye Level franchise business.
- Ensure leads are regularly generated and follow up promptly and effectively.
- Conduct interview and business orientation with potential candidates and follow up till franchise business contract is signed.
- Conduct and follow up with candidate on the location survey till the grand opening of the centers.
2. Franchise opportunity marketing
- Plan & implement marketing plans and activities to promote & strengthen awareness of Eye Level franchise business opportunity.
- Liaise with HQ office in Korea to promote the Eye Level franchise business.
3. New center supporting
- Support and advice on new centers renovation, training and center grand opening matters.
- Oversee and support the new franchisee on center operation and marketing activities.
- Build positive rapport with new franchisees.
4. Other related tasks assigned
- Liaise with franchise and trade bodies such as PNS, MFA and other related bodies when need arises.
- Involve in liaising with the company’s legal advisor on legal aspects of the franchise contract when need arises.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education Background: Minimum Degree in any related field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of business development/ sales in handling franchise recruits.
- Required Skills:
1. With knowledge in Malaysia Franchise Act and MOE Act is preferred
2. Possess strong business acumen and interest in education development
3. Proficient in speaking and writing English
4. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills
5. Strong PowerPoint presentation and excel modeling skills
6. Demonstrated problem solving and leadership abilityEnglish Level
