  • Job Description

    -Act as the main point of contact and cultural bridge between Japanese expatriates, local employees, and management, promoting effective communication, mutual understanding, and teamwork.
    -Provide real-time interpretation and translation during meetings, training sessions, performance reviews, workplace communications, and daily operations involving Japanese expatriates.
    -Translate business emails, technical reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other work-related documents between Japanese, English, and Malay.
    -Support daily business operations by assisting with communication and translation.
    -Maintain strict professional ethics and data confidentiality when handling senior management meetings and sensitive business discussions.
    -Assist with executive secretarial duties and ad-hoc departmental tasks, such as preparing meeting minutes.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    -Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2 level preferred).
    -Fluent in English and Malay.
    -At least 2 years of practical experience in Japanese translation.

    【Advantage】
    -Experience in the manufacturing industry or production environment.
