  【Summary】
  Responsible for sales planning, sales performance analysis, demand forecasting, and coordination of inventory, production, and logistics. The position works closely with Sales, Production, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and effective demand and supply management.
  
  【Key Responsibilities】
  - Develop and coordinate annual and monthly sales plans based on customer demand, sales targets, inventory levels, and production capacity.
  - Analyze sales performance, customer demand, historical data, forecasts, and category trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  - Prepare sales forecasts and provide recommendations for production and inventory planning.
  - Coordinate promotional activities and customer requirements with relevant departments and ensure sufficient stock availability.
  - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, and QA to coordinate orders, production, inventory, and deliveries.
  - Monitor sales performance against budget, forecast, and previous-year results, and prepare reports and dashboards for management.
  - Manage daily sales operations including order processing, production planning, stock checking, delivery arrangements, shipping documents, invoicing, and issue resolution.
  - Identify supply risks, inventory shortages, and operational inefficiencies and work with relevant departments to implement improvements.
  - Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with Finance and customers to ensure timely collection.
