  【Role Overview】
  The Project Engineer is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of automation and engineering projects, from concept and design review through to installation, commissioning, and customer handover.
  This role requires a strong engineering foundation, with the ability to understand and contribute to mechanical/electrical design, system integration, and technical problem-solving, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  
  【Job Responsibilities】
  1.Project Execution & Delivery
  •Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
  •Ensure project scope, timeline, cost, and quality targets are achieved
  •Coordinate internal teams (design, software, production, site) and external vendors
  
  2.Engineering & Design Involvement
  •Review and validate mechanical/electrical designs, layouts, and system concepts
  •Work closely with design engineers to ensure feasibility, manufacturability, and cost optimisation
  •Participate in solution development and technical discussions with customers
  •Support troubleshooting and engineering improvements during project execution
  
  3.Technical Coordination
  •Act as the technical liaison between customer, engineering teams, and suppliers
  •Ensure all engineering deliverables (drawings, BOM, specifications) are aligned with project requirements
  •Support RFQ, proposal clarification, and engineering documentation
  
  4.Installation & Commissioning
  •Oversee machine assembly, FAT, SAT, and site commissioning
  •Resolve technical issues during installation and startup
  •Ensure smooth handover to customer and production ramp-up
  
  5.Project Management & Reporting
  •Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans
  •Monitor risks and implement mitigation plans
  •Provide regular updates to management and customers on project status
