  ＜Summary＞
  Provide comprehensive in-house legal support covering corporate and commercial matters, contract negotiation, legal risk management, compliance, and corporate governance.
  
  ＜Job Responsibilities＞
  - Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters in Malaysia.
  - Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including service agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, and marketing agreements.
  - Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  - Prepare and review legal opinions, due diligence reports, corporate resolutions, and compliance documents.
  - Review internal policies and SOPs to ensure legal compliance and alignment with corporate governance standards.
  - Support HR on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and employment-related legal issues.
  - Assist the Company Secretary with corporate secretarial and governance matters.
  - Conduct legal and compliance training for employees when required.
  - Coordinate with external counsels as well as global and regional legal teams.
  - Support the company in ensuring compliance with applicable Malaysian laws, regulations, and ISO standards.
