  【Job Scope】
  You will be working as a Factory Manager Support, covering operations across the entire plant.
  Your main responsibility will be following up on audit corrective actions across all departments.
  Since over 90% of our clients are Japanese companies, you will also handle interpreting for client visits and audits, as well as providing meeting interpretation for Japanese expatriates who do not speak English.
  If you do not have prior EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) experience, you will undergo OJT (On-the-Job Training) across departments to learn the overall EMS process, so there is no need to worry about technical terminology or process knowledge.

  -Responsible for real time translation of discussions with internal members and clients, documentation of conversations
  (50% of your job role)
  -To listen, understand and translate spoken conversation or written information from Japanese to English and vise-versa.
  -To act as the translator/interpreter in sales, marketing and other business activities that involve usage of Japanese language.
  -Assist in maintaining/building a good relationship with potential/existing clients.
  -To act as a general assistant to Japanese expatriates in their daily business operations/activities.
  -To assist in preparing & translating reports, memos & letters as required.
  -To performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
