  [Job Responsibilities]
  Supplier Relations and Inquiries:
  ・Build good relationships with suppliers to share necessary information and solve problems.
  ・Respond to supplier inquiries promptly and accurately to deepen relationships of trust.
  
  Purchase Orders:
  ・Create and process purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  ・Monitors order status and coordinates to ensure on-time receipt.
  ・Work quickly with suppliers to resolve any purchase order discrepancies or issues that arise.
  
  Inventory Management:
  ・Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels.
  ・Analyzes inventory data and develops purchasing plans based on demand forecasts.
  ・Work with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
