• Job Description

  Responsibilities
  - Incoming Inspection & Validation: Perform rigorous incoming inspection of raw materials, components, and finished products in strict accordance with established quality standards, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  
  - Product Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive product evaluation, testing, and validation processes to verify compliance with required functional and performance criteria.
  
  - Non-Conformance Management: Promptly identify, document, and report any non-conforming materials, components, or products, ensuring they are segregated and handled according to standard operating procedures.
  
  - Issue Resolution & Collaboration: Coordinate closely with external suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues, resolve discrepancies, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  
  - Continuous Improvement: Support robust root cause analysis investigations for quality deviations and actively contribute ideas and technical support to continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen) initiatives.
  
  - Documentation & Reporting: Maintain highly accurate, organized, and up-to-date inspection records, testing logs, quality reports, and compliance documentation.
  
  - Technical Review: Review and interpret technical drawings, engineering specifications, and quality requirements to ensure absolute readiness and accuracy prior to the inspection process.
  
  - Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate seamlessly with procurement, production, and engineering departments to align on quality expectations, production schedules, and material requirements.
  
  - Process Optimization: Assist in the ongoing development, review, and improvement of inspection procedures, sampling plans, and internal quality standards to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  
  - Audit & Compliance Support: Actively participate in internal, client, and third-party quality management system audits, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulatory and industrial quality standards.
  
  - Supplier Quality Monitoring: Monitor, evaluate, and report on supplier quality performance, providing constructive feedback and data-driven insights to drive vendor improvement.
  
  
  【Memo】
  - After joining the company, you will be required to travel to our Japan production site for approximately one month for training purposes. The duration may be extended depending on progress and business needs. This assignment will also involve supporting the transfer of technical know-how from the Japan production site to Malaysia.
  
  - The location of the production site in Malaysia has not yet been finalized. Areas in or around Puncak Alam area are currently being considered as potential candidates.
